Residential Aged Care Facilities

All of our Residential Aged Care facilities have achieved three year accreditation from the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency.

Our facilities provide for Ageing in Place accommodation, known as either Low Care or High Care, which includes Palliative Care.  Depending on bed availaibilty, Respite Care services are also available.

Our aim is to ensure that as our residents’ needs change, every effort is made to help our residents access higher levels of care, within the same community.

Access to Residential Care is subject to Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment, room availability, and payment of fees appropriate to your financial circumstances.

Menora Gardens

51 Alexander Drive, Menora, WA 6050

The Menora Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility is located approximately 7kms from Perth CBD, and has 178 single occupancy rooms, all with ensuite.  This state of the art buiding was completed in 2008, and we provide accommodation for Low Care and High Care residents.

There are consulting rooms for the visiting medical practitioners and allied health professionals.  We are pleased to be able to provide convenient and accessible medical services to all of our residents, including the general wider community.

Meadow Springs

82 Oakmont Avenue, Meadow Springs,  WA 6210

Meadow Springs Residential Aged Care Facility is situated in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approximately 4km from the town centre.

The Meadow Springs Residential Aged Care Facility was built in 1993, with 55 single occupancy rooms, all with ensuite. Meadow Springs provides accommodation for Low Care and High Care residents. It comprises of 6 'Houses' each having their own lounge, communal kitchen and dining room connecting to a central Administration building. The Administration Centre provides an activities area, kitchen, lounge and administration offices.
