Retirement Villages
RSL Care WA currently manages five Retirement Villages within Western Australia: two in the Perth metropolitan suburb of Menora, two in the southern coastal town of Mandurah, and one to the north in Geraldton.
Our current project, Jurien Bay Village (Stage 1) is due for completion by no later than mid 2012, and will then see us managing six Retirement Village sites in WA, and providing the highest quality in modern retirement living.
RSL Care WA has an impressive record of achievement in the management of Retirement Villages and the delivery of exceptional care, support services, and facilities.
RSL Care WA maintains the exterior appearance of all Unit, Villa and Apartment blocks, as well as maintenance of each Village infrastructure and gardens, giving all of our residents more time for other activities.
Our Units, Villas and Apartments are purchased on a long-term lease agreement. Prices are released at the time of re-sale.

Geraldton Village

24/01/2012Stage One of this three stage, three year development is nearing completion, with 3 Units opening for inspection from Wednesday 25 January 2012. Two of the Units will be furnished, and the third will be a clean slate. Residents may choose from a two bedroom, two bathroom home with a single garage, or a three bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a double garage. Each home has a private rear garden and a village maintained front area. There will be nine contemporary floor lay-outs to choose from, and residents can then decide between six colour schemes which have been chosen by an interior designer. Come & See Grandview Apartments, Menora Gardens Retirement Village
24/01/2012The latest addition to Menora Gardens is complete and ready for inspection ! Well known architect firm Gary Batt & Associates, and construction company BGC, recently completed this state of the art building. It marks the final development stage for the Menora Gardens Retirement Village site, which has undergone major redevelopment over the past decade. This is retirement living at its very best !
